Request a refund for Premium Subscription

To request a refund for your Premium Subscription please follow these steps:

iOS

  1. Go to Settings → iTunes & App Stores → Click on your Apple ID → View Apple ID → Purchase History.

  2. Tap on your purchase order for The Podcast App and then Report a problem.

    It may take a few days before you receive your refund.

    Unfortunately, Apple Store doesn't allow us to process refunds directly, so please follow the above steps.

Android

  1. On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account.

  2. Click Order History.

  3. Find the order you want to return.

  4. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.

  5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

    You'll receive a message saying, "Thank you for sharing your concerns." Then, you'll get an email with your refund decision, usually within 15 minutes, but it can take up to 4 business days.

    Unfortunately, Google Play doesn't allow us to process refunds directly, so please follow the above steps.
