Request a refund for Premium Subscription
To request a refund for your Premium Subscription please follow these steps:
iOS
Go to Settings → iTunes & App Stores → Click on your Apple ID → View Apple ID → Purchase History.
Tap on your purchase order for The Podcast App and then Report a problem.
It may take a few days before you receive your refund.
Unfortunately, Apple Store doesn't allow us to process refunds directly, so please follow the above steps.
Android
On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account.
Click Order History.
Find the order you want to return.
Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
You'll receive a message saying, "Thank you for sharing your concerns." Then, you'll get an email with your refund decision, usually within 15 minutes, but it can take up to 4 business days.
Unfortunately, Google Play doesn't allow us to process refunds directly, so please follow the above steps.
